Standard Policy: Please be aware that all purchases are considered final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, with the exclusive exception of products that arrive with verified quality defects or in cases where the wrong item was sent.

Damages & Quality Issues

We take the quality of our gear seriously. If you find that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact our support team as your first step. We are committed to working with you to find a fair remedy.

Inspection Window: Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to support@alphaloadout.com with:

Your Order Number (e.g., 236SHOP-1218) and the email address used for the order.
A brief description of the problem.
High-quality photos or a video clip clearly showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item.

Our specialists will review your claim and decide on the best resolution. Outcomes are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full reimbursement.

Reimbursement Process

If a refund is authorized, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Typically, funds appear in your account within 7-12 business days. Note that the exact timing depends on the processing speed of your bank or credit card provider.

Product Exchanges

We do not offer a standard exchange service. We only issue replacements for items that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival once your claim has been officially approved.

Unauthorized Returns

Warning: Do not send any products back to us unless specifically instructed to do so by our support staff. You must first open a formal claim to be eligible for a resolution.

Any items returned without prior notice and an approved claim will be rejected. We cannot provide assistance, including refunds or replacements, for unauthorized return shipments.
