We appreciate your order at Alphaloadout! We know you're eager to receive your gear, so we've put together this guide to help you understand our shipping process and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing
Our fulfillment team begins preparing your order immediately. It typically takes 3 business days to quality-check, pack, and transition your parcel to our logistics partners. Please note that orders submitted over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
2. Delivery Expectations
Once in transit, your package should arrive within 10-20 business days. We provide a straightforward flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to all global destinations.
3. Potential Delays
Occasionally, factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance or local carrier disruptions—can result in delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
4. Parcel Tracking
Monitor your order's journey from our warehouse to your door. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. You can track your shipment at:

5. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages dispatched from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive unique tracking details for each package sent.
This is extremely time-critical! If you need to correct a shipping address, phone number, or change an item (size/color), you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Please email support with your Order Number (e.g., 236SHOP-123331) and purchase email, providing a clear description of the required update. While we move fast, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to complete a delivery, they typically leave a notice for collection at a local post office. Please contact your local provider with your tracking ID to arrange pickup. Alphaloadout is not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect.
8. Shipping Status Inquiries
If your shipment feels delayed, follow this 2-step check:
- Verify Movement: If the tracking has updated within the last 7 days, your package is still moving normally through the network.
- When to Contact Us: If there have been zero updates for more than 7 consecutive days, please email support@alphaloadout.com with your 236SHOP- order ID for assistance.
9. Coverage for Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit: If an investigation confirms your package was lost during the journey, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Delivered Items: Our protection does not extend to packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you cannot find a delivered parcel, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management.
10. Shipping Origins & Destinations
Destinations: We ship globally! If we are unable to ship to your specific country, we will notify you immediately.
Origins: While we have facilities in the US, Canada, Australia, and the EU, we also collaborate with premier global manufacturers and may ship directly from their facilities to provide the best value.
11. Final Disclaimers
- Timeframes: All shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed arrival times.
- Customs & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These are not included in our pricing.
- Accuracy: Providing a correct and complete address is the buyer's responsibility.
- Delivery Completion: Our liability ends once the tracking status shows a successful delivery to the address provided.
